Resources for Therapists

Helping Therapists Help Others

Having worked in sales-driven mindset, Covenant’s founder, Matthew Morgan, does not want that environment duplicated in mental health. “There’s plenty of hurt to go around,” he said. “We need to collaborate with one another -to be the iron sharpening iron. Therapy is such a broad term and there are a myriad of different ways to go about it. What we should focus on is always helping those around us to be better.”

Covenant is committed to finding resources for therapists to share and use to help one another out. Some of these are affiliate links and some will have donations attached, but the intent is always to help first – then support each other’s work … not to sell. Anything on this page comes from first-hand use and knowledge – and it will always be that way.

Simple Practice

Simple Practice was a great addition to get up and running. They offer classes, though much of the set-up was intuitive. We were able to create a client, do a diagnosis, write a note, and bill insurance quickly. It also has an online booking system and client portal to round out the package.

Check out SimplePractice. If it works for you, we both can get $50 if you use this link.
