Sitting with Sadness
When a miscommunication (aka me not reading my email) resulted in a surprise visit from my father, we were able to put the busyness of life on hold. But in the end, my son was sad to see his grandfather go back to Florida. It brought up memories of sadness and how we need to sit through it. Trigger Warning: For those of you have lost a child – particularly to miscarriage – some of the materials in this might bring up some troublesome memories. Please care for yourself accordingly.
